A tie in either meet will do the trick


There are only 21 sports being competed this year and we currently have 10.5 points. So the worse we can do is tie UVA. However they hold the tie breaker as they have won 2 ACC sport championships this season to our only one (wrestling). BTW this is exactly what happened last year and we won due to the tie breaker. So UVA would capture the trophy if they pull even with wins in both men's and women's track - outdoor.

Since both track and field events use a point system it is possible we could end up having the same total points won or tied. This would result in our splitting the CC point and put us over the top. Stranger things have happened :)
